the real comparison
What do your rooms actually earn you today?
A room's headline nightly rate is only part of the picture. What matters is what your rooms actually bring in once occupancy and OTA commission are taken into account.
Your rooms, today
Applies OTA commission only to the share of bookings that actually come through an OTA. The rest is assumed direct, commission-free.
At £75 a night, your room currently earns approximately £38 per available night, after occupancy and OTA commission.
That's approximately £1,103 in expected revenue, and it depends on filling it.
Nook can guarantee up to £2,500 per room over a 29-night period, fixed in advance, whatever the occupancy. Your exact rate depends on your hotel and location.

before you ask
A few things worth clarifying
What if Nook doesn't fill a room every night?
That's Nook's risk, not yours. The guaranteed fee is fixed for the agreed rooms and period, and is paid whether we fill every night or not.
Who handles the bookings and the guests?
Nook manages the commercial side of the rooms you make available, including pricing, distribution and bookings. Your team continues operating the hotel and delivering the guest experience. We carry the occupancy risk, so your revenue on those rooms is fixed in advance rather than dependent on demand.
How many rooms do we need to make available?
As few as one. You can start with a single room or make a larger block available from the outset. The number of rooms is agreed with you based on the inventory you want to make available.
How and when do we get paid?
Nook pays you at a fixed rate per room, per night, agreed before the period begins. You invoice Nook for the agreed inventory, and we pay the full amount regardless of how many of those nights are ultimately booked.
