This page explains what information Nook collects through this site, and how we use it. We have kept it short and in plain language rather than as a long legal document.
General browsing of this site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, as any web server does, for security and operational purposes. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and our guest site includes an embedded Google Map. Both involve a request to Google's own servers, which is governed by Google's own privacy practices rather than ours.
If you use the enquiry form on the Guaranteed Revenue page, we collect the information you provide:

We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who help us operate the form.
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure, and an internal notification email is sent to Nook using Resend, an email delivery service. Both process this information only on our behalf, to help us run this form.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary: to respond to your enquiry, to manage any resulting commercial relationship, and afterwards for legitimate business and legal record-keeping. We have not set a fixed retention period, but we review what we hold from time to time.
