Terms of use

Last updated November 2026

Draft, under review. This page is being finalised and may change before it takes effect.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.visitnook.com, run by Use Nook Ltd. ("Nook", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What the website is for

The website shows the rooms Nook operates, their photos, facts, availability and prices, and our local recommendations. Bookings are not made on this website. When you choose to book, we send you to the property's listing on a booking platform, such as Airbnb, and your booking is made with that platform under its terms and the listing's cancellation policy. See our booking policy for how stays work.

3. Accuracy of information

Listing details, photos, availability and prices are copied from our property management system and refreshed regularly, but may briefly be out of date. Prices shown here are a guide; the price confirmed by the booking platform at the time of booking is the one that applies. Recommendations of places nearby are our personal opinions and we are not responsible for the businesses we mention.

4. Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy our content or photos in bulk, try to interfere with the website or its hosting, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Our content

The text, photos and design of this website belong to Nook or are used with permission. Photos of places credited to their authors remain the property of those authors.

6. Links to other websites

We link to booking platforms, maps and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. Our liability

We provide the website as it is and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Your privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? info@visitnook.com.
