Booking
Every Nook room is booked through a booking platform, such as Airbnb. The booking button on a property page takes you to that room's listing, where you choose dates, see the full price including fees and taxes, and pay. Your booking is confirmed by the booking platform.
Bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or over, who must be part of the stay.
Cancellations and changes
Each listing has its own cancellation policy, shown on the booking platform before you book. That policy decides any refund if you cancel. To change or cancel a booking, use the platform you booked through, or message us there and we will help.
Checking in and out
Check-in and check-out times are shown in the "Things to know" section of each property page. We send arrival instructions before your stay. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, ask us and we will do our best.
House rules
Each room has house rules, listed on its property page and on the booking platform, including the maximum number of guests. Please treat the room and its neighbours with care. Breaking the house rules may end your stay early without a refund.
Damage
Please tell us straight away if something is broken. Any claim for damage is handled through the resolution process of the platform you booked through.
